Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of despatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t despatched straight away, don’t panic! We use Royal Mail First Class standard delivery for all UK orders, except for free samples which are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. and aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) once payment has cleared. Once an order has dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive from date of dispatch. Please note our orders are sent standard delivery which means there is no tracking service. If you're order hasn't arrived after 7-10 working days from date of order, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.Delivery in Europe
All orders in the EU and Europe are sent via DHL standard from Germany and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) once payment has cleared. Orders with this delivery usually take 5-10 working days to arrive from date of dispatch.Delivery America/South America/Australia/Asia
All orders sent to the above countries and continents are sent either Royal Mail standard airmail or DHL International and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) once payment has cleared. Orders can take longer due to customs holdings and delays in your local postal area. Please note with all international orders we don't offer tracking as standard. Please get in touch and we can look at the tracking options available. Please note any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Special Delivery in the UK and Germany only
In need of a product in a hurry for a special occasion or gift?We offer special delivery as an option for UK or Germany orders which means products can be ordered with the confidence that they will arrive the next working day. This option comes with tracking and will require a signature on arrival. Some of our products can't always be sent next working day. We will contact you as soon as the order is placed in order to rectify any such issues. If in doubt do email us!
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the above address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
