Made in Taiwan from finely ground bamboo, the 2019 reddot award-winning straws are plastic-free, biodegradable and 100% natural. They perform just like traditional single-use plastic straws, but with added sustainability benefits – for today and tomorrow.
All the specs you need.
The straws are mass-producible and have been independently tested to comply with The European Framework Regulation (EC) 1935 / 2004 and hold the associated SGS certifications for food contact materials. They are available in three sizes with a diameter of 6mm, 8mm and 12mm. The 6mm straw is perfect for most drinks, whereas the 8mm is great for thicker drinks like smoothies. The 12mm straw is perfect for bubble tea and comes with a slanted tip. All three sizes are available with or without paper wrapping. As a standard delivery option, the straws are shipped in cardboard boxes. Inside the boxes, the straws are packed in bags.

Bamboo is at the heart of our work.
Jungleware chose bamboo because it is one of the most renewable resources on our planet. It has been recorded that bamboo can grow up to one meter per day. It requires no fertilizer, pesticide, or herbicide. A true ecological miracle, this grass regenerates itself without damage to the plant or its environment.
Our bamboo fibre straws comprise of about 70% natural bamboo and 30% natural plant starch. The bamboo that is collected is responsibly sourced and managed from its origin in Taiwan until production.
